Three key design points of yacht crane:

One of the key points - the maximum load exceeds the rated load by 120%: it ensures that it is very safe to lift the yacht within the load weight. The lifting of equipment exceeding the rated load is limited, so even if the machine itself has an error in estimating the yacht tonnage, the equipment will not be forced to lift, so as to avoid overweight accidents

The second key point is the independent and controllable lifting point position, which is lifted according to the yacht lifting point and operated precisely: its design meets the requirements of the ship type design, the lifting point position is marked on the ship hull, which is easy to operate, and each lifting point can be adjusted independently to control the sling distance and hull levelness.

The third key point - supporting and non extruding yacht: the sling lifting method is similar to supporting the hull, without extruding the hull, and without extruding the hull by ordinary single arm cranes.

Environmental Conditions

1. The power source is three-phase alternating current,rated frequency is 50HZ,rated voltage is 380V.
2. The working environment temperature ranges from -20℃ to +45℃ and the relative humidity is no lower than 95%(with dew).
3. In-service, the wind speed should be no higher than 20m/s; out-of-service, the wind speed should be no higher than 44m/s.
4. The working class is A6-A7.
5. The gradient of crane traveling floor should be less than 1% and part of that should be no more than 3%.
6. The crane which has the special requirement for working conditions, can be manufactured following the contracts.
