1. Product Description

D-type shackle is a sling commonly used in lifting operations. It generally plays the role of connection or fastening. It is very simple and flexible to use, thus ensuring the safety of construction to a certain extent. Because the working environment is mostly outdoors, the D-type shackle has the characteristics of rust resistance, wear resistance and high strength.
The D-type shackle is composed of a body and a horizontal pin. Although the structure is simple, there are some precautions when using it. If it is not operated according to the specifications, it will easily lead to safety accidents. First of all, when using it, take out the horizontal pin of the D-shaped shackle, insert the "U"-shaped buckle into the rope to be connected, and then fix the horizontal pin. Be sure to check whether the fastener is screwed properly. In order to prevent prolapse, there is a slanted hole at the two ends of the horizontal pin and the "U"-shaped buckle, and a safety pin needs to be added to the slanted hole. In addition, the horizontal pin should be upward when used, and the direction of force must be strictly consistent with the center line.
